What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be a part of a dynamic team that supports Real Estate functions across the East Territory. You’ll be working closely with Sub-Market Real Estate teams, interfacing with HQ Network Real Estate, NS Tool Developers as well as other functional team members and Territory leaders.

You’ll be:

  • Managing the Document Execution QC process for the East Territory to verify that all Lease Agreement documents have been properly signed, witnessed, dated and notarized as required. This process involves FUZE RE and 2 legacy databases.
  • You will be working in the FUZE RE tool to review Lease Amendments for our top 3 Tower company partners and other legal documents to ensure compliance with HQNRE leasing guidelines for acceptable commencement language, that rent and other financial obligations have been properly documented and that the appropriate level of approvals have been obtained.
  • Become the POC for our Electronic Signature program. You will work with the Sub-Markets to trouble shoot issues as necessary and will be the POC for the program expansion.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of or shared mailboxes and legacy tools until they are decommissioned
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve real estate and lease-related issues as needed to meet internal or external deadlines and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial and non-financial data being entered into tools is accurate and reliable for reporting purposes.
  • Interpret and understand HQNRE Leasing guidelines, policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to other parties as needed.
  • Prioritizing and troubleshooting inquiries from sub-markets and real estate field personnel and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Partner in process standardization and cost transformation initiatives.
  • Providing support and coordination for projects and special initiatives as assigned.
  • Help create training materials and provide trainings as needed to groups impacted by RE process development/changes.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in the Wireless Industry.
  • Experience including knowledge of legal and financial terms and the ability to read and interpret Leases/contracts.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Paralegal background experience ideally in Real-Estate.
  • Real estate background. Ideally, in commercial leasing/acquisition, property management, site acquisition, land use entitlements, or real-estate affiliated legal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral/written communications skills, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office software, including, Excel and Word.
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Project.
  • Positive attitude and maintaining of focus on goals.
  • Experience working with attorneys in a contract and legal capacity or paralegal training.
