What you’ll be doing...

The Analyst, Customer Engagement is responsible for engagement and communications around customer events to support the Large Enterprise wireless team. Additional support for ad hoc projects may be assigned to assist with other team functions around hospitality, customer advisory boards, trade shows, and the executive briefing program. This position will report to the Manager of Customer Engagement. Key responsibilities include project management, communication across a variety of functional groups, and leveraging opportunities available to the group to improve positioning with customers.

Customer events

  • Identify event opportunities where sales teams may engage customers
  • Develop clear and consistent plans to communicate opportunities
  • Ensure event details and tools are readily available, and that information is complete
  • Track participation at the organizational, team, account and customer levels
  • Design an approach for targeting optimal customers to engage for each event

Additional project examples

  • Reporting: update weekly reporting around customer RSVPs for various events
  • Profiles: collect / research information for customer profiles
  • Raffle requests: fulfillment and shipping of raffle items

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in marketing, event planning and/or sales operations with a proven track record of effective attention to detail and successful project management
  • Intermediate+ skill level in Microsoft Office, special focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines outside of normal business hours when required

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple cross-functional projects/initiatives of varying priority required
  • Knowledge of corporate business strategy, wireless technology, market and industry trends
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Excellent writing skills, including spelling, editing and vocabulary
