What you’ll be doing...

Responsible for developing E2E testing strategy, working closely with the testing teams to establish complete test coverage, eliminate gaps, and reduce overlaps, and driving the program overall to a successful quality product and releases launch.

Own E2E testing strategy across all teams

  • Build E2E user acceptance test strategy by reviewing requirements and delivered applications, product and systems, with the goals of meeting product requirements and achieving the highest customer experience.
  • Review test plans and coverage across various testing teams, identify gaps, and work with the various testing teams to address the gaps
  • Establish E2E testing scope, how to test the various elements of the product, and provide guidance on any test pre-requisites (test software, field testing scope, lab requirements)
  • Coordinate data points for testing.
  • Actively participate in triage calls to isolate and prioritize defects.
  • Where needed, execute user-based tests, record test results. Identify and track defects to full resolution using HP ALM & JIRA.
  • Consolidate testing status and progress across all testing teams.
  • Maintain and publish daily and weekly test execution and defect reports.

Streamline issue tracking process

  • Work with IT, Product, technology testing team to consolidate and track issue reports and prioritize their severity
  • Drive closure to all open issues
  • Assess product readiness for each of the development life cycle

Define, and track entry and exit criteria with each testing and trial phase

  • Work with the teams to establish & document entry and exit criteria for each phase of testing and trial phases.
  • Track progress against the established criteria throughout each testing and trial phase

Provide cross-functional Customer Experience metrics

  • Identify key performance Indicators to measure readiness

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of experience in IT, with a strong background in test strategies and E2E quality and service assurance.
  • Six or more years of E2E testing, including front end (application) and back end (IT/OSS).

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in using JIRA, HP ALM.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Splunk or similar data analysis tools.
  • Experience on wireless products.
  • Experience with hardware and software products test strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in MS Excel and other office products.
  • Ability to influence and drive change.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel 25% or less.
