What you’ll be doing...

You'll be leading our Verizon Shared Service team leading day to day operations and management oversight.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

VSS Operational Performance:

  • Manage VSS Performance – SLA’s, Quality Checks, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Join weekly and monthly performance calls
    • VSS Manager meetings as required to ensure operational performance is exceeded
  • Review current deliverables for effectiveness and offer up suggestions for new deliverables as needed.
  • Review survey feedback and verbatims – review with managers to strengthen performance
  • Communicate with Service Directors on performance of team, upcoming changes, address escalations and or special project reporting.

    HC Management:

  • Manage access requests of VSS Headcount.

You'll also be a valued member of our Verizon Digital Transformation team driving automation initiatives throughout the organization.

What we’re looking for...

The qualified candidate:

  • Well versed in Verizon’s products, services and billing.
  • Have a general understanding of Verizon’s reporting tools.
  • Use of G Suite and Microsoft office products with an emphasis on Excel, including basic functions such as Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
  • General understanding of automation efforts / process and frequently meet with IT teams to discuss how deliverables can be automated via VECRM or the VEC.
