What you’ll be doing...

You will help our most important customers move their business forward. As a trusted advisor, you’ll create value for us and our customers by solving their business problems. You’ll bring a consultative selling approach and become an expert for your customers and your peers by expertly packaging and tailoring our solutions to meet customer needs. Your role is critical to establish us as the premier business partner in your accounts.

  • Lead a global Systems Integrator account, with more than 20 million dollar annual revenue.
  • Understanding and evaluating industry, business and customer trends to build strategic plans that drive sales.
  • Developing deep relationships with your customer(s) including C-level / Board level, while getting to know their business, markets and the challenges they face.
  • Lead an account team on opportunity development for solutions sales and guide the overall account relationship.
  • Engage overlay sales teams where required, to craft creative solutions that address business outcomes and delivers on value to help customers realize their goals.
  • Growing our business while making customer happy.

You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You like putting things together in new and creative ways, to best solve the customer’s most pressing needs. You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others. You’re not afraid of analytics and like to talk hard data.

You’ll need to have:

  • Relevant work experience, managing working relationship with large Systems Integrators, or a similar type of business.
  • Experience in large account development and leadership with executive selling skills, both to the customer and in partnership with the customer.
  • Proven ability to understanding customer’s business requirements and the technology solutions available to address them.
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master's degree.
  • Experience in selling networked IT services to Systems Integrators, having both domestic and international responsibilities with $20M+ annual revenue responsibilities.
  • Sold network and data center solutions like cloud computing, security and customer experience (CX)solutions.
  • The drive to meet or exceed challenging sales targets.
  • Developed large multinational and Fortune 500 account relationships with a consultative approach
  • Strong communication skills to effectively position new ideas.
  • Persuaded and negotiated to create desired outcomes.
  • Balanced multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
