What you’ll be doing...

As the Client Services Coordinator you will be responsible for review of electronic federal contract deliverables, by liaising between IT and end user organizations. Role will span two key areas, Quality Assurance, and Production Support.

From a quality assurance perspective, functions of this role include:

  • Auditing GSA contractual deliverables generated by IT systems to ensure contract guidelines are met.
  • Opening and managing trouble tickets assigned to IT for deliverables requiring content corrections.
  • Highlighting root cause issues and working with design teams to address long term fixes.
  • Analyzing ongoing issues and user errors to drive new development, defect resolution, and user training.
  • Determining and implementing process improvements to improve review efficiencies.
  • Performing bulk queries in SQL to analyze data.
  • Project Managing cleanups of data across all customers.

From a production support perspective, this role includes:

  • Working with the IT organization to analyze root cause of failed orders
  • Driving long term defect analysis and resolution.
  • Managing necessary steps to reflow orders to mitigate short term issues.
  • Driving process improvements to existing business processes.
  • Documenting reusable processes for future issue resolution.
  • Creating/delivering training to prevent issues caused by user errors to improve future order success.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Four or more years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of Verizon's transport, IP and application layer products and services.
  • Basic SQL skills.
  • Ability to read and understand system flow diagrams.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Creative, analytical, organized, detail-oriented, team-focused, and autonomous.
