What you’ll be doing...

The Security Services Operations (SSO) Team is part of the Corporate Information Security organization, responsible for identity and access management through securing employee access to our core applications and systems in the most efficient, compliant and user-friendly manner, innovatively using the latest industry standards and tools. This team focuses on infrastructure and operational support of multiple RACF environments, digital certificate and certificate authorities, robotic process automation Identity management, UNIX automation support, internal and external audit compliance, and tools to enable logging and monitoring.

The Infrastructure Security Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Providing integration, infrastructure and administration services and consultation for security processes and applications across the enterprise with a focus on Unix/Linux/Windows servers, RACF, internal and vendor provided applications.
  • Creating requirements for access request forms, creating and maintaining knowledge articles for the access request portal.
  • Project management of multiple initiatives including reallocation of support processes, transition to directional tools, and developing UNIX administration support policies.
  • Maintaining accounting and inventory of all identities, applications, systems, data sources and network elements across the enterprise that leverage our infrastructure, including technical support for fulfillment operations (access provisioning/de-provisioning).
  • Handles infrastructure deployments of new technology to support ongoing and future operational needs of the CIS organization.
  • Supporting governance activities established within the enterprise to address compliance with SOX, PCI, HIPPA and internal corporate policy.
  • Supporting and consulting with other infrastructure and development teams to assist the business units with implementing sound and secure administrative practices, privileged access maintenance, and data protection with engineering and security services integration / automation.

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • A degree.
  • Four or more years of combined experience in IT, application support and development, and cyber security with highly scalable online transactional systems.
  • Experience in managing access to critical systems and automation of provisioning processes and application support at large and complex Fortune 100 Company.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to handle multiple priorities and highly dynamicsituations.
  • Strong relationship skills and collaborative style to enable success across multiple partners.
  • Strong project management skills and teaming capabilities.
  • Information Security and/or IT specific certifications.
  • Five or more years Infrastructure/Server/Application Support experience.
  • Five or more years Customer/End-User Support Experience.
  • Technologies: UNIX/LINUX/CentOS/Windows Servers, Active Directory, LDAP, Powerbroker, AWS, Google/Chrome.
