What you’ll be doing...

Coach, mentor and develop new hires as well as established staff. Communicate with manager to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct training programs for Wholesale, Enterprise and Vz Connect segments.

  • Developing and documenting methods & procedures to ensure all processes are documented.
  • Supporting project initiatives and recommending process enhancements and efficiencies. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.

What we’re looking for...

You are a well-organized, detail oriented person who enjoys managing work efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have strong analytical and problem solving skills, but you’ll also have a customer service orientation and be a great communicator who can interact well with a diverse range of people. Experience with e-learning platforms.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of relevant of work experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • One or more years of Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Prior commercial customer service, billing assurance or claims resolution experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
