What you’ll be doing...


  • Drive technical innovation through active research of large data sets working within the OMNI Voice Outbound and Telephony channel.
  • Ensuring that analytics drive continuous application improvements, with ultimate goal to enhance the customer experience.
  • Aid in defining the analytics strategy and champion that strategy across the OMNI channel, in order to create buy-in for data-driven decision making.
  • End goal is to recommend improvements that will go straight to the bottom line, by helping identify Voice and Voice to Digital trends in order to better serve our customers.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related scientific or technical discipline or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in applying statistical ideas and methods to data sets to answer business problems.
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a database and programs to manage data analysis efforts.
  • Experience normalizing data to ensure it is homogeneous and consistently formatted to enable sorting, query and analysis.
  • Experience with visual science or dashboard design principles.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Strong business analytical skills with an aptitude to quickly pick up new systems.
  • Experience implementing data mining techniques on large data sets.
  • Experience using flow diagrams.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing.
  • Experience in the use of Teradata SQL, PostgreSQL,Oracle and data visualization (e.g., Tableau or other).
  • Knowledge of ‘Big Data’ concepts.
  • Knowledge of building self-serve analytics tools for business users.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast changing environment with changing priorities and changing time constraints.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to interpret business requests as well as communicate findings in a user-friendly manner.
  • Ability to write clear, concise reports and presentations with the capability to verbally communicate effectively; organizational and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
