What you’ll be doing...


  • As part of the Insight and Delivery team you will be responsible to ensure a variety of intelligence assets that need to be created for a personalized and contextual experience with the goal of improving the customer experience.
  • Service Experience Delivery/ Network 1:1 Delivery.
  • You will be responsible for managing all aspects of several projects from inception until implementation to ensure successful completion.
  • This can include but not limited to user experience testing, production validation, escalations, developing timelines and action plans to mitigate potential risks. You will work with key stakeholders to prioritize strategic initiatives and drive capacity alignment across the ecosystem.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant Computer Science/Business Administration experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science/Business Administration or relevant.
  • Experience with wireless and/or wireline telecommunications.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Ability to present to functional leaders and stakeholders.
