What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead teams across a variety of engineering related disciplines with responsibilities of talent acquisition and management, career growth, team building, and mentoring.
  • Provide strategic direction for their technology team.
  • Manage a team of around fifteen members.
  • Coordinate activities of groups of individual contributors and senior level personnel to meet project deadlines and deliveries.
  • Resolve conflicting demands of internal and external customers.
  • Provide wide-ranging technical and logistical leadership.
  • Collaborate between own projects and other projects.
  • Promote career development efforts primarily for own team.

You take pride in your work and you believe, truly believe, that the success for the team is more important than your individual success.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of leadership experience.
  • Management experience within an Agile environment.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in managing technical teams.
  • Comfort working at the intersection of development and data science to produce data driven results.
  • Knowledge with Amazon Web Service offering and deployments.
  • Experience with map technology.
  • Communication skills.
