Be a part of an exciting team on the forefront of cutting edge global products. In this role, you will be supporting fast paced executive leaders in the product and technology teams. You'll be in the middle of all of the top action and ensure all is running smoothly for the executives in your group. You’ll be taking care of the day-to-day operations in the office as well as managing calendars, travel, calls, greeting guests, and handling travel expenses.   • Supporting several leaders with direct reports.
  • Balancingefforts across all executives supported.
  • Planning team building events.
  • Screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal.
  • Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and other important materials.
  • Cross train and identify back-up EAs.
  • Maintain calendar(s) resolving conflicts
  • Meeting Planning and Coordination - Internal and External.
  • Coordinatingmeal and beverage requirements addressing dietary restrictions as needed. Assist with group dinners and reservations.
  • Ensuringflawless local execution of central employee experience strategy (e.g. social events, webcast viewing parties, signage, desk drops, etc.)
  • Promote a positive onboarding experience by setting up Day 1 Welcome Kits on new hire desk.
  • Makingtravel arrangements in accordance with company policy.
  • Completing/submitting expense reports adhering to company guidelines.
  • Inspecting to ensure best/ lowest costs when incurring any expenses e.g., travel, supplies, etc.
  • Reminding execs of deadlines for expense reports and gather missing receipts.
  • Coordinatinglocal needs with local GRE support, Verizon Connect GRE POC, property management, and vendors.
  • Supporting coordination and planning for restack/move activities.
  • Assisting with local business continuity and emergency preparedness plans.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders.

Even better if you have:

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
  • Prepared executive presentations, communications, and reports.
  • Managed multiple projects and priorities for yourself and others.
  • Three or more years providing executive level support.
  • Experience with G Suite.
