What you’ll be doing...

As our Senior Real Estate Network Manager, you will be responsible for leading the New England Real Estate for New Macro Builds, Site Modifications, and Verizon’s existing tower portfolio. You’ll manage a team to deliver the financial andlegal real estate negotiations with a thorough understanding of jurisdictional bylaws and experience working with municipalities within the New England Region. You will be responsible for driving regulatory any due diligence towards leasing sites for construction. As a leader in this organization, you will motivate, coach and develop your team to maximize productivity and drive employee performance. You should have the natural ability to work through complex situations and collaborate with different organizations to ensure results. Managing an internal team and external vendors for applications, leases, zoning, permitting.

  • Manage the regional new build and site modification Real Estate team and work closely with peer groups such as RF Engineering, Transport Engineering and Construction Engineering to meet regional objectives with respect to build-plan.
  • Create monthly objectives and establish processes/methods to hold regional teams accountable to run rates to keep the submarket building by looking 1 - 3 years out.
  • Hold Site Acquisition vendors accountable for delivering quality leases, zoning & BP applications, and overall results.
  • Negotiate and award contracts associated with real estate services from inception through completion.
  • Manage large-scale projects and collaborate with teams to ensure work production meets and exceeds our goals.
  • Partner with Outside Legal and Government Affairs in local lobbying with Cities, as needed.
  • Ensure proper FCC, NEPA, FAA and SHPO requirements are met.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry in positions of increasing scope and responsibility.
  • Knowledge of wireless industry including real estate, construction, transport, operations, and RF/System Performance functions.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to develop, manage and track the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and coach large diverse teams toward common goals and objectives.
  • Ability to deliver results and to meet or exceed objectives while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver upon commitments, goals, and objectives
  • Proficient in office tools, analytics and database management.
