What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be converting new customers to FiOS while ensuring the loyalty of and growing business with established customers. You’ll work with property managers and boards to bring in our services to their buildings. Your role will be to get to know your territory and properties so that you can develop sales strategies, identify trends, handle issues, and implement marketing activities that will attract new customers and keep current ones happy.

  • Developing strategic sales plans for your territory from planning through implementation.
  • Understanding the challenges and opportunities for each property to build tailored solutions.
  • Tracking results and reporting on potential, new, and existing customers and properties.
  • Building and leveraging trusted relationships with the property managers.
  • Partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for...

You’re a quick study and it doesn’t take long for you to see what needs to get done. You bring a broad perspective of sales, marketing and customer service and understand how to develop strategy and turn it into action. People trust you. You relate well to different kinds of people and work collaboratively to resolve problems and negotiate the best outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass Motor Vehicle background check. (Must be able to drive and have a reliable vehicle.)

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Experience selling services to multi-dwellings and residents.
  • A record of meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.
