What you’ll be doing...

  • Work shifts in a 24x7 team.
  • Pick up trouble tickets for network incidents and drive them towards resolution.
  • Coordinate multiple parties to resolve incidents.
  • Escalate incidents to 2nd level repair or subject matter expert teams when needed.
  • Assist in preparation of standard configuration changes.
  • Implement prepared configuration changes.
  • Join conference calls to assist customer change or testing activity.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience in network operations.
  • Cisco (CCNA) certification.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Basic UNIX skills.
  • Verbal and written German and English skills.
  • Experience in a customer and service oriented position.
