What you’ll be doing...

The Program Manager within the Enterprise Sales Enablement team is responsible for managing and executing sales program activities that drive successful behaviors and sales/revenue outcomes within Large Enterprise. You will define the strategies to ensure success partnering with Field Sales Enablement, Marketing and Sales to create focused sales activities and customer engagement strategies with measurable targets. Your role will create communications for initiatives, identifying the assets and tools needed by sales to ensure success and championing the voice of sales within internal organizations to ensure our sellers possess the skills, knowledge and tools needed to yield sales results and maximize selling time. Through your practices and sales interactions, you will identify best practices, drive program and tool adoption and create a forum to share in partnership with the Field Sales Enablement team.

  • Collaborating with Field Sales Enablement teams, Program Office team, Marketing and Sales to define strategies, assets and tools needed to drive program success.
  • Effective use of business tools to identify targeted accounts and sales teams, measure program effectiveness and promote participation.
  • Promote program adoption across sales teams, identify best practices and create a framework to leverage to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement Tool office to ensure successful adoption of sales tools including measurements of success with sales feedback loop.
  • Identify practices and processes to create proactive customer engagement strategies and align with Program office to ensure communications meet seller needs.
  • Collaborate and manage effective segment skill building strategies and practices in partnership with the Field Sales Enablement team.
  • Provide feedback to marketing/SE program office to identify solution knowledge, competitive data needed and sales approaches aligned to buyer’s journey.
  • Possess full understanding of Enterprise sales lifecycle to ensure program objectives and expectations meet the needs of Sales.

    You'll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience supporting and motivating an enterprise sales organization.
    • Willingness to travel.

    Even better if you have:

    • Master's degree.
    • Six or more years of experience in technology sales/sales enablement/sales operations.
    • Program management experience.
    • B2B Experience with a technology company.
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com (Specifically reports, dashboards, & campaign creations), Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
    • Excellent Power Point presentation and Excel skills.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to present and communicate with all levels of leadership.
