What you’ll be doing...

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Project Manager to be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our delivery to maintain satisfaction with our largest accounts. You are someone who is committed to supporting clients and their business outcomes. You will establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to assist in customer-specific drone program growth plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.

  • Assemble project plans, identifying resource needs and cultivate key client relationships internally and externally
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to provide critical direction for the customer and guidance they need to scale their drone program
  • Engage other internal department heads to ensure all business groups are represented in appropriate phases of complex implementations
  • Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers in a timely manner
  • Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders
  • Manage larger scale initiatives and balance multiple workstream efforts

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • 3 to 5 years of project management planning
  • 1 to 3 years of customer facing experience working closely with large accounts

Even Better if You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Working knowledge of Google’s tool suite and CRM solutions including Salesforce.com
  • Experience or knowledge of the UAS space
