What you’ll be doing...

Verizon Product Group is looking to hire an experienced Business Operations Manager.

  • Manage all aspects of headcount planning across Technology and Product Development (TPD).
  • Manage all aspects of TPD’s location strategy and planning.
  • Develop and execute recognition programs across all TPD teams.
  • Manage TPD’s executive reporting including updating the KPI dashboard, tracking quarterly accomplishments, and collecting and preparing weekly updates to the CTO.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Five or more years of experience in preparing reports for executive teams.
  • Six or more years of experience in financial or human resource planning.
  • Written, visual and verbal communications skills including proficiency in Google Suite of applications.
  • Interpersonal, influencing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be effective in a high-volume, fast-paced, changing corporate environment.
  • Ability to understand complex technical and business process issues and drive process improvement across diverse groups.
  • Project management and analytical skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and developing and executing detailed project plans on time and on budget.
  • Willingness to travel.
