What you’ll be doing...

You will help drive operational excellence across our network organization by leveraging analytics and research to optimize processes and procedures to create additional value for our company. You’ll lead small to medium size projects and participate on larger projects with cross-functional teams across geographic regions to implement initiatives focused on delivering even better solutions and efficiencies across the business.

  • Performing data analytics to identify trends and link back to process and system root causes.
  • Research and document existing processes and create new procedures.
  • Collaborating with the Network Management Centers (NMCs), Network Operation Centers (NOCs), and Tier 2 organizations to improve their current process, add value for them, drive results, efficiencies, and standardization.
  • Standard Operating Environment (SOE) implementation.
  • Collaborating with other teams both within Network Operations and outside Network Operations including but not limited to: Automation, Data Analytics and Reporting, and IT.
  • Collaborating with regional teams to understand their deployment and current processes.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Even better if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Data analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Excellent organization skills, communication skills, and time management skills.
  • Ability to track and lead multiple projects and work with multi-functional work teams in different geographical locations.
  • A professional certification (e.g. PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Ability to thoroughly research issues and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a high intensity production driven and dynamic environment.
  • Extensive analytical, critical thinking, process improvement and judgment skills.
  • Two or more years of experience working in Network Operations, Central Office, Field.
  • Experience with analyzing, mining, and evaluating data.
  • Experience in writing Methods & Procedures (M&P) and Job Aids.
  • Willingness to travel.
