What you’ll be doing...

As a Supply Chain Senior Systems Analyst Programmer, you will be responsible for Tier 2 support along with the functional and technical integrity of the Fulcrum - CATS Enterprise Asset Management software. You will be responsible for managing system platforms and interfaces, code releases, capacity planning, and system and functional testing. This role will also require you to conduct routine performance and interface monitoring along with timely error management, perform defect troubleshooting and resolution, and conduct release management and report management tasks.

  • Generate ideas, strategies and solutions for technical architecture and business process designs and operationalize solutions with impacted teams.
  • Ensure that the benefits stated for the program are implemented and realized.
  • Lead, champion, develop, and influence key relationships that are critical to the success of Global Supply Chain strategic and transformational initiatives.
  • Influencing peers, subject matter experts, and executives, within your own organization as well as partnering organizations, including Network, Finance, Engineering, Sourcing and Planning teams.
  • Lead members on project teams in addition to BAU support personnel.
  • Manage contractors, internal employees and influence change that impacts organizations outside of Global Supply Chain.
  • Maintain on-going interaction with client groups and other functional areas relating to objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and related matters within the Global Supply Chain Systems and processes.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience with software development and/or production system operations and support.
  • Three or more years of PL/SQL or Oracle database experience.
  • Experience working with third party logistics (3PL), procurement, and technology projects across multiple stakeholder groups. This includes project conception, requirement gathering, design, development, Integration, testing and release management / production valuation, and/or support.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree in Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Two or more years of experience with global supply chain processes, policies and systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain disciplines and implementation of software solutions with a particular focus on implementing transformational initiatives (systems and process) and change management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence people and work with all levels of an organization.
  • Capability to communicate with and influence senior management and leaders.
  • Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong background in systems such as Fulcrum – CATS, PeopleSoft, SAP, Webservices, API’s and JIRA.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software applications, specifically including Power Point, VISIO and MS Project.
  • Certifications in OCA, OCP and/or MCSA, MCTS, MCSE, PeopleSoft, PeopleTools (App Designer & Query).
