What you’ll be doing...
The Director for Strategic Sourcing is responsible for establishing a vision and direction for the Strategic Sourcing team across the enterprise. The Director will be responsible for partnering with the Category Intelligence team and executing global category sourcing strategies (Property & Logistics, Corporate Services) for spend of approximately $10 billion initially and more through increased responsibility. The Director will manage 5-8 direct reports and be responsible for an organization of 60-80 employees.
Reporting to the Vice President, the director will enhance organizational performance through category strategy deployment, executing sourcing events, driving effective and efficiency, driving day-to-day stakeholder engagement, spend management and optimizing value to drive towards world class performance. This position has visibility to mid and high level executives.
