What you’ll be doing...

Skyward is seeking a Go-To-Market Manager to own the entire go-to-market lifecycle, drive alignment between internal groups, and execute deliverables as we bring products to market. You will be responsible for building and managing the entire product launch process to ensure the best experience for customers and to drive adoption. As the central point of contact for all things related to product releases and launches, you will work closely with a diverse set of internal stakeholders including product, marketing, sales, business development, customer success, professional services and legal. You will create and refine product messaging, launch plans, build and manage launch schedules, develop competitive guides, train teams and measure outcomes.

  • Develop, drive and manage the entire GTM process including internal communication and measurement.
  • Work with product managers to create value propositions, messaging and sell sheets related to new features or products.
  • Create master plans to ensure all internal teams are fully supported for launch including asset development, customer support content, sales materials, help articles, etc.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to execute launch plans.
  • Build and deliver product training to sales, marketing and other internal stakeholders on product functionality.
  • Define key success metrics and develop reporting and dashboards to understand performance outcomes.
  • Provide consistent and timely updates to all key stakeholder groups.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.
  • Five or more years of Product Marketing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience of the UAS space.
  • Interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Google’s tool suite and CRM solutions including Salesforce.com
  • Project management expertise.
  • Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment.
