We are looking for a Program Manager to focus on launching new markets. You should have a proven track record and a passion for building processes that grow and scale while keeping a laser focus on the customer experience. As the Launch Manager, you will be tasked with identifying and mapping out new launch market targets by conducting market-level research. You will own the creation and execution of initial marketing and partnerships strategies within a new target market. This will require travel to markets for launch. You will also own the creation of our market launch playbook and subsequent iterations based on new learning and data. The ideal candidate will be able to use analytical skills (SQL) and technical understanding to design and build efficient processes around market launch shorten the time required to reach market maturity. You are passionate about delivering a delightful and valuable experience to consumers who live their lives on their mobile phones.

This is a full-time position based in Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifing potential target markets, conducting initial research and building strategic launch roadmap

  • Launching targeted markets

  • Developing launch playbook, cadence, product & process enhancements and goals

  • Reporting on KPIs owned by the launch segment of this program.

  • Working closely with product, marketing, strategy, and training teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution for market launch

  • Working very closely with the Regional Program Managers to transfer markets after initial maturity is reached

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience building, launching, and scaling programs that focus on market growth
  • One or more years of experience in launching new markets with sales/growth focus
  • Experience with B2B & strategic partnership management at the local & national level
  • Data analysis experience with reporting tools (SQL)
  • Knowledge of KPIs in this space (Market Penetration, CPA, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, Churn/Retention, and more) and reporting structures around them

  • A degree.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, as well as to senior stakeholders
  • Previous work with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
  • Experience working with Independent Contractors
