We are seeking an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and creative problem solver to conduct business analysis and connect stakeholders with data to support key business decisions. The Dashboard Program Manager (BI), will be a key member of the Commercial Product Management team focused on our Fleet Management product lines. The role will have the opportunity to directly impact the team’s growth and development. You’ll be a key stakeholder in supporting the business through a portfolio of data analytics projects, reports and dashboards to support operational excellence through lean portfolio management. In addition, this individual must be someone who can effectively multitask and manage a unified roadmap across teams and programs working with our Product Managers to efficiently report on status and progress.

  • Manage the project intake funnel for data warehouse projects including project initiation, planning, organizing, and researching details of system projects.

  • Develop a solution/framework for provisioning data for consumption by business users who are looking to utilize Tableau.

  • Manage, design, and develop effective and useful programs for Portfolio delivery metrics, ensuring clear communication regarding priorities, progress, schedule and assessment of risks and issues.

  • Create and publish Product Line status dashboards to enable transparency across a broad set of teams and stakeholders.

  • Validate stakeholder requests against strategic goals, identifying synergies across teams and existing features.

  • Collaborate closely and build relationships with business partners and key stakeholders.

  • Support ad-hoc requests for visualization and dashboards.

  • Mentor junior resources and provide training to core team members.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Data Science or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with business users to optimize the presentation of analytics using dashboards and visualizations to highlight patterns in data.

  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis of large data sets using tools and languages, including R or Python.

  • Experience verifying large data sets and publishing data in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server in a production environment.

Even better if you have:

  • Knowledge of Product Line management and ability to translate business requirements into dashboard specifications.

  • Experience managing dependencies and risks in project and program delivery.

  • Demonstrated program management, organization and planning skills applied in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

  • Proven decision making & problem-solving capabilities with strong follow up skills and attention to detail.
