What you’ll be doing...

Our self-service tools are one way we simplify upgrades, orders, and service requests for our government customers. You’ll encourage their use of online self-serve portals while also handling their customer service issues. You’ll handle all sorts of requests from troubleshooting, renewals, upgrades and new lines to support with accessories and new services. Working with the sales and account teams, you’ll also help ensure funding is in place for orders while working to expand sales in this important channel.

  • Supporting government customers with current and new products and services.
  • Promoting the use of self-service portals by your customers for service requests.
  • Troubleshooting and answering questions for existing accounts.
  • Conducting e-business processes, including orders, billing, and payments.
  • Calling prospects, tracking sales activity, and reporting progress.
  • Collaborating with government account leaders to drive sales growth.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • One or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Sales or customer service experience. Ideally, with government accounts.
  • Familiarity with billing and point of sales systems and processes.
  • Created compelling PowerPoint presentations.
