We have an immediate need for a Network Manager to facilitate the delivery of our award-winning Consumer and Commercial products.

The Network Manager is responsible for hands on leadership of a team of network engineers designing and maintaining critical communications between our data centers and connected vehicles. This person will also be responsible for 24x7 support of our voice and data networks and rapid incident response. This role offers strong personal and professional growth opportunities to the right person and the ability to have a meaningful impact on in one of the largest SaaS businesses in the world.

  • Design, support, and maintenance of network devices in a highly complex environment.

  • Support and maintenance of all networking elements of a high availability production environment.

  • Setting the direction of networking technologies and methodologies for our growing network.

  • Monitoring, backup, outage resolution, upgrades, design and maintenance.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Six or more years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues and outages.

  • Six or more years of experience supporting and troubleshooting complex voice traffic.

  • Six or more years of experience with network design and architecture.

  • Six or more years of network experience with routing and switching.

  • Six or more years of network experience with load balancing technologies.

  • Six or more years of experience managing firewalls.

  • Five or more years of experience with CGNAT technologies.

  • Five or more years of experience managing and architecting MPLS solutions.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience with Cisco switching, routing and firewall Hardware.

  • Experience with Check Point hardware.

  • Experience with A10 Load balancers and CGNAT.

  • Experience with routing protocols, specifically BGP, OSPF and EIGRP.

  • Experience with IPSEC VPN(s) tunnels.

  • Expert TCP/IP packet analysis, using Wireshark or raw packet captures using tcpdump.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with logical problem solving from Layer 1 through Layer 7 of the OSI model.

  • Experience with network analysers and network monitoring and alerting tools.

  • Experience with AWS VPC networking including ELB, EIP, VPN.
