What you’ll be doing...

As a B2B rep, you will spend the majority of your time handling inbound/outbound calls through a blended call queue, the remaining time for follow-ups and order processing. Outbound campaign calls will feather in between inbound call volume to give you additional opportunities. You will be responsible for reactively assisting customers and taking the customer from quote to payment. In this role, you will forecast and manage a funnel for pending deals using Salesforce.

You’ll be part of our Telesales team building our client-base and making our current customers happy. You’ll have responsibility for account management, sales support and problem resolution for our business customers. The client experience will be in your hands as you interact with new and existing customers to drive revenue and business success while ensuring first-class

  • Handle inbound leads and work through the sales cycle until it’s closed.
  • Partner with the Telesales Account Manager team on new account handoffs.
  • Host conference calls with business decision makers to negotiate and close deals.
  • Resolve customers’ problems and recommend solutions.
  • Handle inbound calls from new and existing business customers.
  • Handle Major Account Agreement requests.
  • Work outbound campaigns between Inbound calls

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Associate's degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Experience with business sales.
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
