The Technology Specialist has overall responsibility for their assigned technical deliverables, such as developing requirements and design specifications, detailed configuration (and associated Configuration Document) of the Verizon Connect Solution.

  • Contributes to design and strives to understand technical solution design to be able to deliver configuration to specifications.

  • Professionally manages and supports both internal and/or external customer relationships

  • Assists in scoping out the customer's business needs through interviewing key customer personnel and facilitating conversations.

  • Categorizes the data gathered and correctly identifies key themes.

  • Provides analytical curiosity to the customer's business problem.

  • Assists in structuring solutions that address a customer's identified business need.

  • Investigates, analyzes and resolves technical problems arising in the configuration.

  • Logs defects clearly using appropriate systems and standards.

  • Identifies customer decision-makers and key influencers.

  • Understands, considers, anticipates and balances the different needs and concerns of customers.

  • Creates scenarios and success criteria that test functionality for business requirements.

  • Provides timely and accurate information and support to customers and partners.

  • Ensures quality of deliverables within agreed standards and timeline, such as component, module or solution.

  • Proactively seeks solutions to customer needs and explores creative alternatives.

  • Promotes innovative ideas, demonstrate determination to achieve results despite challenges and setbacks, and gather input and evaluate options as the basis for making decisions and moving forward.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you Have:

  • SaaS background and Implementation experience.

  • Experience with routing.

  • Communication skills, along with the ability to be responsive in a changing environment and work effectively in a team.

  • An ability to energize and motivate teams across all service functions; able to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Sound business acumen; ability to drive and lead teams to the next level; ability to embrace and lead change.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
