What you’ll be doing...

As a Senior Analyst – Sales Support, you’ll provide pre-sales support for our acquisition sales reps through a variety of activities. You will serve as a resource and subject matter expert (SME) for tenured and non-tenured sales reps who are focused on acquisition accounts. You will provide support for the field resources focused on issues/questions related to systems, processes, procedures, and general sales support within the pre-sales portion of the opportunity lifecycle.

You may assist sales reps with their understanding of the content pricing and promotions for customer quotes. You will also be accountable for ensuring the sales teams are knowledgeable about and fully understand the systems, products, services, and processes used daily in support of customer needs. This includes full support of the field resources as needed to coach them through any obstacles.

  • Providing pricing assistance (VRD/ProQuest) for customer quotes.
  • Managing contracts and the contracting process.
  • Maintaining ordering and the ordering process.
  • Maintaining account inventories.
  • Ensuring the use of proper systems use and support.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a sales support role.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Knowledge of Verizon sales systems and processes, especially VRD and ProQuest.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting, priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively and multi-task with highly detailed and complex information.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interactive effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.
