The Product Success, Internal Enablement role will be responsible for arming Verizon Connect’s Sales and Operations Teams with the transformative tools, information and confidence for them to win big every day. This is not your standard sales and support enablement role: you’ll be part of a strategic Product Management group who deeply understands our market, customer and products, and you’ll leverage that insight to solve big business problems through strategic programs and close engagement with customer-facing teams.

  • Be the Product Team’s eyes and ears on the ground: understand emerging market requirements and knowledge gaps creating friction for our customers, Sales and Operations teams
  • Own a roadmap of programs -- from new content and tools, to training and events -- designed to reinforce knowledge and drive momentum for customer-facing teams
  • Bridge the divide between Product, Sales and Operations by managing an ongoing cadence of onsite and virtual events to share strategy and collect feedback, using Product Marketing and Product Managers to aide in delivery
  • Bring together other enablement-focused teams, including Learning & Development, SalesOps and Field Marketing, to cross-functionally align and maximize your success
  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers who own and drive the value of our products and releases, including messaging and GTM information that will help fuel new content, Sales tools, and more for your programs
  • Empower front line managers, product specialists, and other local leaders with strategic information and best practices to strengthen their teams.
  • Define and manage change management metrics for each program implementation to ensure teams are adopting new tools, information and processes
  • Assist and participate in Learning & Development sessions that onboard new employees. Help shape onboarding content and curriculum.
  • Own “hyperlocal” GTM delivery to ensure new products and releases hit the ground running at the start
  • Listen, then own the feedback loop. Help Sales and Operations teams understand how, when and where their feedback is used to improve our products.
  • Be helpful, but scalable. Find ways to support everyday issues, but build paths to protect your time.

What we’re looking for...

You’re a self-starter and ambitious - you love fast paced environments where products are constantly launched and there’s new opportunities to tackle. You thrive in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment and are able to jump in front of large and small groups of employees to inspire, educate and most importantly, listen.
You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree, plus four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of Sales Enablement, Product Management or Product Marketing experience
  • Experience working with or supporting B2B customer-facing teams, including Sales
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
  • Willingness to travel - 20%
