What you’ll be doing...

As a Marketing Communications Program Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional/cross organizational teams in direct marketing campaign planning, execution, production and reporting.

  • Managing & overseeing the production resources, processes and schedules for Consumer marketing campaigns across internal and external groups.

  • Monitoring and documenting individual campaign progress through the execution lifecycle : Planning & Pre-production, Execution & Quality assurance, Post-production & reporting/reconciliation.

  • Mining Transactional & Non-operational data via SQL or similar programs for direct marketing campaign use.

  • Finding patterns and relationships within data and developing actionable insights & recommendations about targeting, messaging and strategy to tap into new segments, different behaviors to increase marketing productivity or other metric improvements.

  • Utilizing data to minimize risk and costs, increase revenue, discover new targets/markets, and understand consumer behavior all to better produce tailored marketing campaigns.

  • Optimizing communication programs with comprehensive use of data to enrich targeting and personalization.

  • Communicating across multiple organizations on items concerning marketing strategies, scheduling, timing, budgets and production of individual executions.

  • Integrating production efforts and initiatives to ensure on-time and accurate completion of projects.

  • Adapting and adjusting plans based upon a rapidly changing competitive environment.

What we’re looking for...

You are a Marketing Communications professional who is self-motivated with attention to detail and experienced in direct marketing orchestration. You have strong collaboration skills and can work in a fast-paced environment with a high-level of coordination and communication among cross-functional internal and external teams/partners.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in comprehensive marketing campaign planning, execution, data analysis and implementation.

  • Experience working within multiple marketing platforms.

  • Experience leading efforts across multiple teams & organizations to complete a marketing execution.

  • Experience balancing multiple projects, prioritizing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.

  • Experience and knowledge of mining multiple data sources via SQL or similar programs.

  • Experience within Google G Suite and knowledge of its capabilities.

  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree / MBA.

  • Familiarity managing direct marketing communication programs from start to finish.

  • Familiarity across both Mobile & FiOS Home product lines.

  • Strong analytical, research and organizational skills.

  • Project management certification.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your cross functional team members.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable handling multiple project deadlines.

  • Excellent supervisory, organizational, computer, written and verbal skills.
