The Senior Analyst – Business Operations, also known as Budget Coordinator, is responsible for performing budget and financial specific tasks of varied responsibility, scope and complexity. Candidate should have extensive budget knowledge specific to transmission electronics and OSP Infrastructure. Position is responsible for the coordination of programs and projects in support of organizational or area strategies as they relate to the organization’s capital budget. The person will analyze trends, costs, and prepare complex capital budgets and is accountable for project or program results. The analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors all while receiving broad guidance. The person will conduct deep dive cost analysis, summarize findings, and prepare reports to senior management. The candidate will need to exercise considerable judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

What we’re looking for...

  • Must be a current participant of Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 3-2020
  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • General familiarity with transmission electronics and telecom outside plant construction terminology.
  • A broad range of skills within a professional discipline to effectively perform complex assignments; demands familiarity with principles, theories, concepts and technologies as well as applied knowledge of established procedures, policies and practices.
  • Extensive SAP experience.
  • Knowledge of AFE and Shopping Cart creation and management
  • Ability to understand complex business plans and budgets.
  • Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
