What you’ll be doing...

Utilize domain knowledge in distributed computing applications and infrastructure to closely work with engineers in creating product vision and roadmap via Product Requirement Documents which, alongside the domain knowledge, also incorporates market research/pricing financial analysis, support requirements/goals, selling and growth strategy in order to launch new products to market with enhanced product information visualization and presentation, and, ultimately, increase product subscription and reduce churn. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and execute the program management aspects of creating new products and working closely with engineering to drive daily/weekly Scrum meetings. Establish goals for engineering and unblock them by making priority calls and decisions about product features. Design needs and usability assessment research such as unsynchronized usability tests, user surveys and customer research to understand user behaviors and utilizing such research results to enrich customers’ UI/UX experiences and enhance customer satisfaction and user engagement. Provide feedback to engineering and incorporate training in behavioral economics alongside with feedback from cross functional stakeholders such as support, and legal to product roadmap in order to build in customer friendly and legally compliant features to the market.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Management & Systems, Engineering or related fields and 3 years of experience as a product manager in a software development engineering or IT environment. Experience therein to include 3 years interfacing with agile environment working closely with engineering and QA team for software product development; 2 years interfacing with marketing teams and growing product sales; 2 years of involvement with marketing competitive analysis and marketing research; 2 years in conducting user experience research including interviews usability tests, etc.; 2 years in data analysis related realm; and 2 years in customer facing software products.
