What you’ll be doing...

Your mission will be to help us quantify competitive business segments, evaluate potential operational changes, and design new approaches and methodologies. Working across the company, you’ll use your analytical expertise to identify trends, issues and opportunities, all with the goal of improving the customer experience and finding ways to make our business even better.

  • Performing statistical, data mining, and machine learning analysis on complex business problems.
  • Building reporting capabilities for detailed analysis.
  • Analyzing historical operations data and market information to predict future outcomes, working at times with large and disparate data sets.
  • Identifying areas for improvement, incorporating best-in-class and cutting-edge techniques, and crafting new approaches and methodologies.
  • Crafting results presentations for senior management that provide key business insights.

What we’re looking for...

You are good with numbers and you love to dig into data to find the story. Crafting reports and spreadsheets is a fun afternoon for you. You pay attention to the details and know how to focus on what really matters. You understand the importance of accuracy in data analytics and reporting. You are a self-starter and a multitasker who can work independently under tight timelines. You want to make an impact by providing the data that will help improve the experience of our customers.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and charting) and PowerPoint.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Worked with Teradata, SQL, Hadoop, and Tableau.
  • Analyzed data, built reports and presentations, and made recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
