What you’ll be doing...

  • Conduct extensive research using numerous Verizon databases and the Internet.
  • Collect and analyze data from disparate sources; integrate information and put it together in a logical, high quality report.
  • Ability to comply with any regulatory requirements.
  • Help write, prioritize, and drive functional requirements for internal support systems and participate in user acceptance testing.
  • Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure SOPs are maintained in a timely manner.
  • Support the technical growth of junior team members.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Fouror more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus accurately and thoroughly on multiple simultaneous research tasks.
  • Knowledge of corporate and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to oversee and coordinate multi-team operational activities.
  • Knowledge of voice and data network metadata, voice and data networks, and circuit design.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to comply with any regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Capability to undergo and extensive background check as a condition of employment.
  • Previous experience with Verizon engineering and customer databases.
  • Previous experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
