What you’ll be doing...

As a SLED Account Executive, you’ll drive the adoption of the BlueJeans technology into and within new SLED clients while further expanding adoption across existing clients and leveraging partners, sales engineering, professional services, and customer success resources for success.

The primary accountabilities associated with this position include:

  • Selling and articulating the value-add of BlueJeans products.
  • Expanding relationships with current enterprise clients while leveraging your business knowledge to expand and upgrade BlueJeans technology throughout their organizations.
  • Driving sales and adoption of BlueJeans technology with new clients.
  • Achieving quotas and driving performance to exceed quotas.
  • Selling across executive-level and across different LOB decision makers.
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline within Salesforce.com with an effective history of account activity and contact engagement.
  • Leveraging best practices of MEDDIC sales methodology to qualify and progress opportunities in a timely fashion towards successful resolution.
  • Leveraging expertise and network within the enterprise sector to develop and implement an annual territory plan and account plan to achieve target quotas.
  • Consultative selling by asking questions and understanding clients' needs and how BlueJeans technology can meet them.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience exceeding performance quotas selling software and related solutions to Fortune 500 enterprises.
  • Six or more years of public sector sales experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Experience with multi-thread sales with large enterprise accounts.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A valid driver’s license.

  • A degree.
  • Expert-level knowledge of technology offerings.
  • Expert-level knowledge of procurement processes, including creating cost justification plans to close enterprise business deals.
