What you’ll be doing...

The Consumer Content and Partnerships Group is responsible for connecting consumers with the content and experiences they love on the nation’s best network.

We oversee partnerships, source opportunities and negotiate with a broad range of content and programming entities, including major broadcast and cable companies, sports leagues, OTT/digital providers, studios, AR/VR producers, and more. Content increasingly serves as a key driver in consumer decision making. As the largest direct-to-consumer platform in the U.S., we have a massive opportunity to herald in the next consumer use cases for video, audio, immersive and live experiences. Our team sits at the center of that opportunity.

Within the Consumer Content and Partnerships Group, the Content Strategy and Business Development team is responsible for developing cohesive content strategies that can lead to realizable growth opportunities for the business, building and leveraging relationships with key industry players across the value chain, and guiding strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross functional teams.

  • Research, identify and validate opportunities for business growth, helping to develop a long-term strategic plan.

  • Build and manage relationships with industry players, as well as internal stakeholders, in order to successfully develop new business opportunities and strategies.

  • Create compelling business cases for potential opportunities and shape key presentation materials.

  • As needed, execute on business opportunities by project managing internal cross-team work and developing the right engagement model to capitalize on strategic opportunities.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience: Consulting, Business Development, Strategic Planning, etc.

  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree – MBA.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills and communication skills.

  • Adeptness with leveraging data to help guide decision making.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and cross-functionally as part of a larger team.

  • Ability to create business and financial modeling, presentation decks, case studies, and industry research.

  • Entrepreneurial, creative, results oriented, and driven to find growth opportunities.

  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with potential business partners and stakeholders.

  • Background in media, entertainment and technology.

  • Demonstrated experience launching and scaling new business lines, partnerships or markets.

  • Project management skills to orchestrate teams and partners toward executing new initiatives.
