What you’ll be doing...

The VBG Verizon Integrated Partnerships lead would serve as the key strategic driver of sales collaboration between Verizon Business and Verizon Media, combining and integrating the best of Verizon’s marketing and technology solutions for Verizon’s customers. The VBG VIP lead would be focused on driving key media and enterprise synergies within the Signature and Premier segments and vetting other top priority prospects for collaboration. This role will support the key stakeholders: Verizon customers, Verizon Enterprise and Verizon Media. The VBG VIP lead will also support strategic programs focused on specific segments of the market like for example OEMs. This role willserve as the first point of contact and primary liaison between Verizon Media and Verizon Business collaboration within the VBG sales organization.Success will be definedy by Verizon benefit across a range of customer-related activity in both Verizon Business Group and Verizon Media. Synergies of this rolel will focus on Category Focus & Incubation,VMG Transformational Deal Ingredients and overallScalable Solutions.

  • Defining "winning” elements of top partners and programs.
  • Activating partnership elements across key teams at VZ, especially media.
  • Establishing VBG/VMG prioritization criteria for any reactive collaboration needs outside of target list.
  • Identify CMO/CTO/CIO Gaps: Identifies key intersections between key customer business functions.
  • Navigate VZ org and creatively interpret and apply VZ assets to solve forward-thinking customer challenges.
  • Partner with VZ senior leadership, build consensus and drive-buy in with key stakeholders through strong listening skills and a flexible, curious approach to partnership.
  • Promoting vision and motivates partnership participation across VZ; demonstrate measurable company-wide impact.
  • Engaging at the C-Level both internally and externally.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Business or sales operations experience.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree.

  • Analyzed, forecasted sales, and measured salesforce productivity. Ideally, with Salesforce.com.

  • Sales experience. Ideally, with enterprise or mid-tier customers.

  • Demonstrated communications and influence skills with different stakeholders.

  • Managed multiple projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.

  • Trained others on salesforce automation and productivity skills and tools.

  • Conversant in both core enterprise and media sales process and key shared competitors such as Google, Adobe and Amazon.

  • Ability to translate opportunities and customer needs across organization while simplifying and relaying complex information to drive clarity and unity for sales teams.

  • Education, and deal-building support experience needed to facilitate successful collaboration long-term.
