What you’ll be doing...

Skyward’s content provides best practices to enterprises and the wider drone industry. The Technical ContentManager will join a collaborative content team whose goal is to drive pipeline across B2B channels to support Skyward’s growth in drone fleet management and connectivity. This person will research and write articles, guides, emails and web copy about drones, aviation, business, and policy. The Content Marketing Manager will have a background in journalism or English, and experience writing for B2B demand generation.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Research and write articles on drone industry best practices and use cases for trade publications.
  • Create lead-generating guides and ebooks and related promotional assets.
  • Write search-engine optimized web copy and blog articles.
  • Collaborate with Skyward policy experts to explain regulatory updates to prospects and customers.
  • Edit proposals and technical specifications.
  • Create sales enablement content, such as presentations, call guides, and emails.
  • Edit the Skyward user guide and advise on UI copy.

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years experience in journalism or content marketing. Background in drones, aviation, or telecommunications a plus!
  • Experience writing simple, direct copy on complex subjects.

Even better if you have:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere consistently to style.
  • Experience using a content management system.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
