As a critical member of our Business Operations and Development team, you will be integral to the successful execution of product Go To Market strategy and objectives.

  • Establish, manage and optimize SKUs working closely with your business partners, product and sales & marketing. You will be responsible for managing our product portfolio to all channels. As the system and product SKU configuration expert, you will act as a point of contact between operations management across all functions and other key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for all data analytics, both quantitative and qualitative including building dashboards.
  • Assist in rate card creation and margin analysis.
  • Work with sales/business development, marketing and product teams to identify what information is valuable to sales, and determine the best format, channel, and strategy to convey that information for maximum visibility and retention.
  • Design the sales forecasting process.
  • Understand sales go-to-market strategy and identify resourcing initiatives.
  • Provide input to senior leadership and Compensation in the development of sales incentive compensation programs, and partner with Finance on administration to ensure accurate and timely payments to program participants.
  • Assist in deal structuring of customer contracts for new business, upsell/cross-sell, and renewal transactions.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and metrics in support of meeting key sales initiatives and targets.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop campaigns, training programs, and processes that accelerate the sales cycle and arm the sales force to win in the market.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree orfour or moreyears of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years ofwork experience in Sales Enablement, Go To Market or Product roles.
  • Two or more years of experience building Go To Market plans for new product launches.
  • Two or moreyears ofdeep analytical and dashboarding experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Master’s degree.
  • Ability to blend creative problem solving with data driven, analytical, financial, and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems with data, assumptions, and judgment using best practices and analysis to formulate solutions and make decisions.
  • Proven ability to drive change including the ability to influence all levels, streamline processes, integrate, and associate pieces of information gathered from multiple sources.
  • Ability to recognize and solve challenges and implement solutions.
  • Ability to operate with sense of urgency and focus on providing exceptionally reliable customer service.
  • Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to be composed, adapt, and effectively manage tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities while meeting all assigned deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate intricate job-related processes that ultimately affect decision making.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to be assertive, show initiative, demonstrate personal accountability, take ownership of work, and apply learned concepts.
  • Ability to tactfully resolve problems and provide feedback.
  • Ability to think strategically and for the long term.
  • Strong Excel skills.
