Are you a person who is curious about how revenue leakage happens in an organization? Do you have ways to stop them through intelligent automation? Are you a person who is collaborative? Then, you are in the right place.
The role requires a techno functional responsibilities where you should possess adequate knowledge in the RA process like Revenue Leakage, Analyzing Audits and Controls, E2E understanding of the RA business process.
- Create and maintain good working relationships with the business.
- Develop a SME understanding of the end-to-end business.
- Identify and clearly document leakage and controls points.
- Ensure up to date knowledge of revenue assurance, trends, and best practices in the industry.
- Work with the reconciliations / control tools in the main RA domains; Usage assurance, Subscription assurance and Cost assurance for all Consumer, Business and Mobile products and services.
What we’re looking for...
You are anSME in the Revenue Assurance space with Telecom / Banking / Finance background. You also have hands on experience in the Data Analytics space with Python programming concept and willingness to learn and work in cloud technologies.
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degreeor four or moreyears of workexperience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Six or more years of industry experience in RA systems.
- Three or more years of experience in ML / Python programming.
Even better if you have:
- Strong team player, with the ability to also work independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to learn how to interpret and work with various CRM, Billing and Revenue Assurance applications.
- Strong commercial awareness regarding the impact of Revenue Assurance on the business.
- Excellent attention to detail.
