What you’ll be doing...

Have you managed large-scale programs and partnered with other team members to deliver state-of-the-art solutions in the Human Capital Management area? We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Integrations Architect with a proven record in large program management and delivery.Your role as a Senior Architectis to serve a key role in the HCM Transformation program. This is a multi-year program to move Verizon’s on-prem HR and Payroll processes and systems to Workday HCM Cloud.

  • Experience in global Workday implementation programs in support of HCM (Human Capital Management); including Workday design, build and deployment experience.
  • Design, develop, implement, support and optimize an architecture strategy to meet business capabilities and needs.
  • Develop standardized integration and architecture based on industry best practice.
  • Lead project teams through requirements gathering, design, execution and delivery.
  • Translate business requirements into well architected Workday Integration solutions that best leverage the platform.
  • Engage cross-functional teams on complete end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Managing a hybrid solutions architecture and delivery team composed of onshore/offshore, internal/external resources.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in HCM/ERP implementation.
  • Experience designing and configuring Workday integrations including custom Studio integrations, BIRT, Core Connectors, and EIBs.
  • Experience leading Workday integration teams and/or projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Expertise in foundational web service technologies such as SOAP, REST, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Experience with on-prem and SaaS enterprise software, modern cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Workday cloud etc.), systems and data integration strategies.

Even better if you have:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and SAAS solution implementation and management.
  • Willing and able to act as a role moou'lldel and mentor other team members learning the technology.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills with ability to facilitate technology strategy, requirements, and architecture conversations with all stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading a hybrid team of employees and vendors to accomplish goals.
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results.
  • Attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through.
  • Ability to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with cross functional team members.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with complete lifecycle of enterprise projects.
  • Workday Integration / Studio Certification.
  • Degree in computer science or computer engineering.
