What you’ll be doing...

The Global HR Services Senior Manager manages the daily business of the APAC HR Services team, including employee services operations, contact operations and staffing operations.Functional responsibilities include oversight of employee transactions, benefits administration, vendor management, leave of absence, workers compensation, payroll administration, maintenance of employee records and COVID response.

In this role you will provide leadership, positive role modeling and support to the APAC team members with 14 direct & indirect reports. You will develop short and long term objectives to drive optimal efficiencies for the APAC HR Operations, continually evaluating current business processes and re-aligning as needed to become more globally consistent.

Responsibilities

  • Contact operations – manage all employee contacts, whether via phone, e-contact, walk-in by researching and resolving employee inquiries within established SLA’s.
  • Staffing operations – provide new hire onboarding support, employment contract generation, background investigation, inter-unit transfer support and redundancy management as needed.
  • Establish, measure and maintain performance standards and service level agreements.
  • Champion system and technology changes, eg., implementation of Activ Absence and WorkCloud (time & attendance) system, HCM migration.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline or eight or more years of relevant experience
  • Eight or more years of experience as an Human Resources Contact Centre Manager
  • Eight or more years of HR Leadership/Supervisory experience
  • Extensive HR knowledge/skillsets includingHR policies, payroll, benefits, compensation, absence administration, local country employment laws and other areas as desired.
  • Advanced HR management experience and proven skill in performing complex Human Resources administrative work assignments
