What you’ll be doing...

As new products and features are developed, it is important to make sure each department within the Go-To-Market team evaluates what might be needed for an effective product launch. As the NPI (New Product Initiatives) Project Manager you will ensure our customers and customer facing teams have the tools, resources, and analytics needed to drive adoption.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at various stages through the product release cycle, representing the voice of the customer and the of customer facing teams (Sales & Customer Success).
  • Identify requirements needed to support deployment, adoption, and measurements of success.
  • Anticipate questions, needs, risks, and mitigations plans.
  • Assess analytic requirements to monitor usage behavior trends.
  • Develop process and procedures with project stakeholders.
  • Determine content and collateral assets needed prior to launch.
  • Drive product training for internal and external users.
  • Advise on the communications strategy.
  • Monitoring utilization post-launch, measuring success against target KPIs.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or moreyears of experience working with Sales & Customer Success organizations.
  • Six or more years of experience working in SaaS business models.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A valid Driver's License.

Even better if you have:

  • Strong project management or program management experience.
  • Familiarity with product release cycles and the impact to the customer experience.
  • Proven ability to influence others, drive change, and communicate effectively.
  • Resourceful, collaborative and a creative solution-seeker.
  • Exceptional organization skills and independently motivated.
  • Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.
