What you’ll be doing...

The BlueJeans Healthcare Sales Manager will be chartered to lead our new Healthcare Industry Sales Team. This will include end to end management and critical the building of this new dynamic team from the ground up.

  • Hire, train, coach and manage the Healthcare industry Sales Team of approximately 9.
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding revenue targets for Healthcare segment.
  • Accelerate Healthcare Sales pipeline.
  • Develop a sales strategy for the assigned territories that will identify and target prospective customers.
  • Support strategic renewals and growth within existing customer base.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to Executive and C- level prospective clients.
  • Effectively deliver high forecast accuracy, opportunity management excellence & strategic account plan excellence.
  • Effectively manage and orchestrate the closing of large deals within a complex sales cycle.
  • Leverage best practices of MEDDIC sales methodology or other solution selling skills to qualify and progress opportunities in a timely fashion towards successful resolution.
  • Effectively utilize all company resources available in supporting sales campaigns (marketing, sales development, customer success, support, engineering, professional services, and executives).
  • Makes recommendations for changes to products or services based on customer feedback and requests.

What we’re looking for...

Youare aproven and successful candidate with a track record in sales and service with a keen understanding of the strategic approach to home health and community patient services objectives.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or moreyears of sales leadership experience at a Technology company.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience selling Video Collaboration or Enterprise Cloud solutions with experience or exposure to the Healthcare industry with a focus on SaaS sales and an understanding of wireless technology.

Even better if you have:

  • Solid understanding of healthcare ecosystem and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to articulate healthcare business acumen.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
  • Proven success in the management and development of a Sales Team.
  • Ability to influence and present to senior executive levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and clinical staff.
  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills.
  • Salesforce CRM experience.
