What you’ll be doing...

The Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) consultant will manage, execute and report on delivery of assets that are part of multi-channel campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive demand and provide customer insight that inform strategic direction. You will be responsible for working to identify key deliverables, assign those to the correct partners, and ensure that all are managed and completed in a timely fashion in order to achieve on time completion of the program and its phases.

  • Assist in the delivery of campaign objectives that are outlined in the strategic brief.
  • Work within core internal teams to identify campaign needs during the briefing process.
  • Assist field activation teams in developing a comprehensive list of assets needed for each project.
  • Lead core team calls and ensure team members are aligned with established strategy and are supplied with the information needed to deliver on objectives.
  • Work with partner teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations.
  • Manage assigned program details and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data for marketing campaigns.
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition.
  • Collaborate with IMC team on new ideas, directions, and programs for marketing and communications.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in an operational role.

Even better if you have:

  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to be a team player and ability to work well with large and varied teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite.
