What you’ll be doing...

The Digital Marketing Manager will manage digital experiences for VBG’s small business and enterprise segments, particularly related to 5G. You will create web experiences that tie seamlessly with media, demand gen, and social campaigns, and drive quality visitor traffic and conversions. You will independently lead efforts across large cross-functional teams to enable a best-in-class digital experience, providing web expertise and guidance related to user flows and optimizations, and ensuring that objectives are aligned on and flawlessly executed. You will focus on SEO, conversion optimization testing, streamlining our story/messaging, and implementing logical and concise navigation.

  • Lead a wide breadth of digital experience initiatives simultaneously, requiring digital strategy development and execution, project management of content delivery, coordination with Development, content publication via the Adobe Experience Manager CMS, execution and quality control, and asset inventory and maintenance via the Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
  • Foster collaboration among internal teams and direct agencies that help support site design and SEO for seamless execution and on time delivery.
  • Author front-end website content, with a strong knowledge of AEM, and create web pages that are brand and accessibility compliant.
  • Manage assets and images in the Adobe DAM, create experience fragments, and develop team workflows.
  • Work with the Development team to implement new features and updates to the website and troubleshoot all functionality issues.
  • Create documentation for end users and provide training on AEM to team members, as required.
  • Accountable to hitting KPIs (quality traffic, conversions, organic traffic) and capturing metrics and providing analysis to inform future approach and necessary actions.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with online content production using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS.
  • Experience with Photoshop for image formatting and editing.
  • Knowledge of HTML and/or CSS.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Strategic decision making experience and the skill to react quickly to overcome barriers real-time.
  • Knowledge of creative and technical development processes involved in producing web content.
  • Ability to troubleshoot all front-end functionality issues.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and with stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
  • Project management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Experience juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of WCAG requirements to apply correct accessibility standards across all content.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target.
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
