What you’ll be doing...

The OMNI Enablement team is a part of the CX Platform COE organization within Verizon’s Consumer business unit. Our mission is to provide centralized experience enablers such as Case/Order Management, Domain/Aggregate Services and Business Process Management. The benefits to the enterprise include reuse of assets for speed to market, fault tolerance, and iconic scale. We also seek to enable visual development capabilities reducing depencies on code to develop and deploy applications. To deliver on these objectives, we are going to have 10-12 dedicated agile teams and are looking to have dedicated product owners.

  • Provide leadership and oversight to a team of CXP Product Owners delivering experience assets created with the goal of transforming the customer experience.
  • Guide team to drive strategic initiatives focused on insights creation and delivery.
  • Partner with Business & GTS stakeholders to innovate ongoing solutions to create/ modify experience assets in order to design, develop, and deliver OMNI channel experiences.
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore business & GTS stakeholders to drive intake, solution and implementation aspects.
  • Act as a point of escalation to troubleshoot, prioritize, resolve capacity challenges.
  • Identify and help implement process and tool enhancements to increase productivity, quality, change tolerance, and communication with globally dispersed team members and stakeholders.
  • Partner with discipline leads on staff performance reviews and development plans.
  • Care for the administrative and HR needs of direct reports.
  • Align Organization goals and career growth plans of the team members.
  • Working experience in Offshore /Onshore model to yield business benefits.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology fields such as computer science or engineering or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of experience in managing product owners in an agile delivery model.
  • Three or more years of experiencemanaging a team of 5+ people.
  • Demonstrated understanding of BPM and Pega technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise ticket and workflow management tools (e.g. JIRA).
  • Experiencein either the G-Suite or Microsoft Office document-related applications (e.g. Powerpoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, etc.)
  • Strong experience in SDLC and content deployment project management fundamentals.
