What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsibilefor user support activities such as systems security, peripheral installation, software upgrades, routine installation ormaintenance of hardware. You may also conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.

  • Installation, setup and support of PC device hardware, OS, and applications.
  • Support to advanced user level across the entire suite of Google G Suite product range and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on all company networked multi-functional devices, printers and mobile devices.
  • Ensure that all Incidents allocated to you are actioned, updated in detail, and resolved / closed within agreed SLA’s.
  • Provide multi-channel support via remote tools, telephone and deskside as required.
  • Participate and contribute to the success of various IT based projects or office facility projects.
  • Produce documentation and reports when requested.
  • Contribute to a healthy and friendly working environment; working closely as a member of a strong International support team.
  • Liaise and provide support when needed amongst other IT Operations teams, and channel information through appropriate team members and peers.
  • Participate in and take responsibility for a structured training schedule to include both, compulsory and elective courses.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have...

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience supporting latest Windows / Office products.
  • Experience supporting a variety of PC / Apple devices.
  • Experience using and supporting Android / Apple mobile devices.
  • Experience using and supporting Google G Suite.
  • Experience with centralized multi-functional device solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal.
