What you’ll be doing...

Our business thrives because of positive customer experiences and you’ll help ensure that our supply chain systems and processes operate efficiently to meet our vendor and customer needs. You will lead and support multiple, inter-related system interfaces and functions and work closely with internal client groups to understand present and future supply chain business needs. A good portion of your day will be spent resolving issues that business super users were unable to resolve and will facilitate both short and long term system solutions to their challenges.

  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to support supply chain system solutions.
  • Gathering and detailing business requirements and process flow charts.
  • Developing functional specifications.
  • Ensuring end to end systems solutions meet the needs of the business.
  • Identifying root causes to issues and implementing and testing solutions to fix the problems.
  • Bridging the communication gap between technical and non-technical project staff to ensure clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and expected results.
  • Providing Tier 2 support for internal and external users.
  • Developing and delivering training to internal and external users.

What we’re looking for...

Presenting with others comes naturally to you and your ability to translate complex details in a way people understand is easy for you. You enjoy digging into the details to identify root causes and crafting solutions that make a huge impact. While you are a technical expert in your field, you also understand the value of working as a team to achieve winning outcomes. You are meticulous and organized, and excel at effectively managing your time.
You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Business application support experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • Understanding of supply chain business processes, sourcing, procurement or supplier management experience.
  • Basic SQL report writing skills.
  • System training and end user testing experience.
  • Strong Word, Excel, Project, Access and Visio skills.
  • Ariba Upstream experience Sourcing, Contracts and SLP/SIPM (Supplier Lifecycle Performance)
  • Ariba Contract Compliance Experience
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under extreme time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines.
